There will be a special meeting of the advocacy committee in order to hear two perspectives (one supportive, one not) on the proposed Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project (which would affect some of the San Pascual Park in the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council area and the water in the Arroyo Seco, which connects to the LA River).
