Join the LA Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance this Sunday, August 10th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm for a panel discussion on SB 79, a California bill that would upzone areas near public transit. They will explore what the bill would do and how it could support sustainability through transit-oriented development. They will also discuss concerns about equity, displacement, green spaces, and community impact. This is a chance to listen, ask questions, and share your thoughts about how California can become more equitable and sustainable.
