Bill McKibben is a founder of international climate organization 350.org. After leaving 350.org, McKibben founded Third Act, an organization for Americans over 60 fighting to safeguard the climate and democracy. McKibben is the author of more than a dozen books, a staff writer at the New Yorker. He now also writes on his own substack, The Crucial Years.
